hello!

October 18, 2006

i need excitement.

haha it is pathetic that one sees excitement in changing a weblog. but what the heck, i’m having Advanced Levels in two weeks. the next exciting thing on the list is to make a proposition to the white party that examinations should be eradicated because they are dumb. sometimes, i am a coward.

reason number two. i miss white.

3. wordpress is really quite nice. i read someone else’s wordpress, and decided that she writes gooood. so perhaps, maybe, there might be a tiny chance that if i were to move, my oppressed flair for writing would decide to rebel, & magically appear with showers of twinkling dust. then i would be churning out poems & prose the way humans produce rubbish, please add economics essays to the churning list.

want to tree for? fourhundredandnine posts is good enough for me. wow two years fly by so quickly. when i first began, i thought the end of the world for me was coming. feeling scared, ashamed. heh i’m way beyond mere surviving now, credit doesnt come to me though. that’s for sure (: it’s time to move on.

besides, i think that the address is meaningless. who in the world is so dumb, that he/she would allow him/herself to trip over untied shoelaces. i cannot bear to think about the poor chap who trips over his tied shoelace. haha. strange i’m mocking myself. aint i the one who cooked up the address? well, i’m about sevenhundredandthirty days older now.

paraphernalia. a large number of small articles or personal possessions. evidently, paraphernalia is not available, so i went oh. water is a collection of little molecules. a book is a stack of papers. a marathon is full of little steps. the piano – a beautiful coming together of blacknwhites. a guitar crippled without a string. a family different when someone is away. a relationship strengthened by little conversations. irreducible complexity. our lives – a collection of events, decisions, tears, laughter, hellos, goodbyes. something good is holding them together. something good.

why hello!

What is, is actual – what might be simply is not, and I must not therefore query God as though He robbed me – of things that are not. Further, the things that are belong to us, and they are good, God given and enriched. Let not our longing slay the appetite of our living. (Jim Elliot)
